1. Cancellation Policy

At Pavitra Sangam, we strive to provide the best matchmaking experience. However, we understand that your circumstances may change.

• Users can cancel their account deletion request within 7 days of submission.
• Automatic renewals can be cancelled at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.
• Once a subscription is cancelled, you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds may be considered in the following exceptional cases:

• Duplicate payments due to technical glitches.
• Unauthorized transactions before service activation.
• System errors where paid features were not delivered despite a successful payment.

3. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days and will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
