Refund & Cancellation
1. Cancellation Policy
At Pavitra Sangam, we strive to provide the best matchmaking experience. However, we understand that your circumstances may change.
- Users can cancel their account deletion request within 7 days of submission.
- Automatic renewals can be cancelled at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.
- Once a subscription is cancelled, you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.
2. Refund Policy
Digital Services Notice:
Since Pavitra Sangam provides immediate access to digital premium content and contact details, payments for subscriptions and profile boosts are generally non-refundable.
Refunds may be considered in the following exceptional cases:
- Duplicate payments due to technical glitches.
- Unauthorized transactions before service activation.
- System errors where paid features were not delivered despite a successful payment.
3. Processing Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days and will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
