1. Divine Dissatisfaction Guarantee
We offer a **7-day money-back guarantee** for our elite memberships. If you are not satisfied with the quality of profiles or our vetting speed within the first 7 days, you may request a full refund, provided you have not initiated more than one secure connection.
2. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be granted if:
- You have already exchanged contact details with three or more members.
- Your account was terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service (e.g. providing false information).
- More than 7 days have passed since the date of purchase.
3. Refund Process
To initiate a refund, please email support@pavitrasangam.com with your Transaction ID. Our accounts team will review your activity and process the request within 5-7 business days.
4. Partial Refunds
We do not offer partial refunds for mid-cycle cancellations. You will continue to have access to elite features until the end of your current billing period.
